These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Language Voice Tutor, including the website, Windows desktop app, account features, language lessons, AI-generated tutor responses, support, and paid features.

By using Language Voice Tutor, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who operates Language Voice Tutor

Language Voice Tutor is operated by:

2. Product description

Language Voice Tutor is a Windows desktop application for practicing spoken languages through short AI-guided lessons.

The app may allow you to choose a study language, level, topic, and scenario, and to interact with an AI tutor using text or voice features where available.

Language Voice Tutor is for educational language practice. It is not a school, university, accredited certification provider, immigration service, translator for official documents, or professional advisory service.

3. Current availability

The Windows desktop app is currently available through direct download.

Android and iOS apps are planned but are not currently available.

Language Voice Tutor is not currently published in Microsoft Store.

If Microsoft Store distribution is added in the future, we may update these Terms, the Pricing page, the Refund Policy, the Cancellation Policy, and platform availability information.

4. Accounts

You need an account to use core app features.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• keeping your login credentials secure;
• all activity under your account;
• contacting us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share your account with other people unless we clearly allow this.

5. Free trial after registration

After your first account registration, you receive a 7-day trial with the same learning features as Pro.

No payment is required to start this registration trial.

When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe to Pro.

The trial is intended to be available once per person/account. We may use reasonable checks to prevent repeated trial abuse.

6. Free plan

The Free plan includes 1 lesson per day.

A Free lesson is counted only after you choose a lesson scenario and send at least 3 messages inside the active lesson chat.

If you leave before sending 3 messages, your daily Free lesson is not counted.

After your daily Free lesson is counted, you may continue that same lesson, but you cannot start another Free lesson until your daily allowance resets.

7. Pro subscription

Pro is a monthly paid subscription.

Pro costs €14.99 / month.

Pro includes unlimited daily lessons, subject to these Terms and fair use, anti-abuse, security, and platform reliability protections.

If you subscribe to Pro, your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.

The checkout will show the product, price, billing period, renewal terms, available payment methods, and any applicable taxes before purchase.

8. Paddle payment processing

Website purchases are expected to be processed through Paddle.

Our order process for website purchases is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for paid orders made through the website. Paddle provides payment-related customer service and handles returns/refunds for those orders.

Paddle may process payment details, tax information, receipts, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds for website purchases.

We do not ask you to send full payment card details by email or support message.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid Pro subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and you keep Pro access until that period ends.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

10. Refunds

Initial paid subscription payments may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the transaction date, subject to the Refund Policy, Paddle’s refund process, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

Renewal payments are generally not refundable unless required by law, caused by duplicate billing, caused by a confirmed technical issue, or approved after review.

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded paid feature may end.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Language Voice Tutor to:

• break any law or regulation;
• upload or submit illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or infringing content;
• harass, threaten, or harm another person;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or attack the service;
• bypass usage limits, security controls, payment controls, or account restrictions;
• use automation to create accounts, consume lessons, or abuse AI features;
• use the app to generate or distribute harmful content;
• submit highly sensitive personal data that is not needed for language practice.

12. AI-generated content

Language Voice Tutor uses AI-generated responses for language practice.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.

You should not use AI-generated responses as professional, legal, medical, financial, immigration, employment, academic, or official advice.

You can report inappropriate or harmful AI-generated content by contacting support@languagevoicetutor.com.

13. Voice, text, and lesson content

When you use text or voice features, your lesson inputs, prompts, responses, transcripts, and related lesson context may be processed to provide the service.

Voice features may involve recording, transmitting, transcribing, or processing audio so that the AI tutor can respond.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to submit.

14. Your content

You keep any rights you have in the text, audio, and other content you submit to Language Voice Tutor.

You give us permission to process your submitted content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service.

AI-generated tutor responses are provided for your personal language learning use. Similar or identical AI-generated content may be generated for other users.

15. Our intellectual property

Language Voice Tutor, including the app, website, software, design, branding, lesson structure, prompts, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Language Voice Tutor according to these Terms.

You may not copy, sell, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit Language Voice Tutor except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

16. Downloads, updates, and technical requirements

The Windows desktop app may require updates to continue working.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue versions, features, release channels, or tester/direct access.

You are responsible for using a supported Windows device and keeping your system reasonably secure and up to date.

17. Third-party services

Language Voice Tutor may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, speech processing, analytics, error monitoring, email, payments, and support operations.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

18. Service changes and availability

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of Language Voice Tutor.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, used the service unlawfully, or attempted to abuse technical, support, or payment systems.

You may stop using the service at any time.

20. Privacy

Your use of Language Voice Tutor is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, process, share, retain, and protect personal data.

21. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection law, mandatory law controls.

22. Disclaimers

Language Voice Tutor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

23. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or learning outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Language Voice Tutor after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
