Pricing and Subscription Terms

Orralen - Language Voice Tutor ("Orralen") offers a Free plan and a paid Premium monthly subscription.

Orralen is operated by ORRALEN TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

7-day Premium registration trial

Price: €0

After successful registration of a new Orralen account, you receive a 7-day Premium registration trial.

No payment method or purchase is required to start this trial.

During the registration trial, your account receives Premium learning access.

The registration trial is provided directly by Orralen.

It is not:

• a Google Play free trial;
• a Google Play introductory offer;
• a Paddle free trial; or
• a paid subscription.

The registration trial does not automatically renew.

It does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

It does not automatically result in a charge when it ends.

When the 7-day registration trial expires, your account normally moves to the Free plan unless you separately purchase Premium.

The registration trial is intended to be available once per account.

Reasonable measures may be used to prevent repeated trial abuse.

Free plan

Price: €0

Included: 1 free lesson per day

A Free lesson is counted only after:

1. a lesson session has started; and
2. you have sent at least 3 valid learner messages during that lesson session.

If you start a lesson but leave before these conditions are met, the lesson is not counted as your daily Free lesson.

After the daily Free lesson has been counted, you may continue that same lesson.

You cannot normally start another Free lesson until the daily allowance resets.

The Free plan does not require a paid subscription.

Premium

Reference price: €14.99 per month

Premium includes unlimited daily lessons under normal use.

Premium learning features may include:

• unlimited daily lessons;
• text-based language practice;
• voice practice where supported;
• AI tutor conversations;
• speech transcription where supported;
• corrections and feedback;
• explanations;
• hints;
• translations;
• lesson summaries;
• lesson history;
• learning progress;
• achievements; and
• available languages, levels, topics, and lesson situations.

Premium is subject to reasonable technical, security, anti-abuse, and service-protection limits.

"Unlimited daily lessons" means that Premium does not have the normal daily lesson limit applied to the Free plan.

It does not permit:

• automated abuse;
• account or subscription abuse;
• resale of service access;
• scraping;
• deliberate excessive technical load;
• attempts to bypass security or usage controls; or
• other activity that interferes with normal operation of Orralen.

Premium price

The current Orralen Premium reference price is:

€14.99 per month

The final amount you pay is the amount displayed by the payment provider before you confirm the purchase.

The final checkout price may depend on:

• the payment provider;
• your country or region;
• the currency used by the payment provider;
• applicable taxes;
• locally configured prices; and
• applicable payment rules.

For this reason, the final price displayed by Google Play or Paddle may not always be shown as exactly €14.99 in every country or currency.

Always review the final price and billing information shown at checkout before confirming a purchase.

Monthly billing and automatic renewal

Premium is a monthly subscription.

A paid Premium subscription normally renews automatically for successive monthly billing periods until cancelled.

Before purchasing, the applicable checkout should display important information including:

• the subscription;
• the price;
• the billing period;
• the payment currency;
• applicable taxes where relevant;
• available payment methods; and
• automatic renewal information.

If you do not want your Premium subscription to renew, you should cancel it through the payment provider used for the purchase.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal.

Unless applicable law or the payment provider provides otherwise, Premium access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Google Play purchases

Premium subscriptions purchased through the Orralen Android application use Google Play Billing.

Google Play displays the applicable subscription price and billing information before the purchase is confirmed.

Depending on your country or region, Google Play may display and charge the subscription in a local currency.

Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the displayed price according to the rules that apply to the transaction.

The current Orralen Google Play subscription is:

Premium

Billing period: monthly

Automatic renewal: yes, until cancelled

Orralen does not currently offer:

• a Google Play free trial;
• a Google Play introductory offer; or
• an annual Google Play subscription.

The separate 7-day Premium registration trial is provided by Orralen and is not a Google Play Billing trial or introductory offer.

Google Play subscriptions are managed through the applicable Google Play subscription controls.

Paddle purchases

Premium purchases offered through supported Orralen desktop or web checkout may be processed through Paddle.

For transactions processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the seller or Merchant of Record for the payment transaction under its applicable terms.

Paddle may handle:

• checkout;
• payment processing;
• payment methods;
• applicable transaction taxes;
• receipts and invoices;
• recurring billing;
• subscription management;
• cancellation; and
• refunds.

The final price, taxes, currency, and other payment details applicable to a Paddle transaction are shown during the Paddle checkout before the purchase is confirmed.

ORRALEN TECHNOLOGIES LTD remains responsible for providing and supporting the Orralen service.

Google Play and Paddle are separate

Google Play and Paddle are separate payment channels.

A subscription purchased through Google Play is managed through Google Play.

A subscription purchased through Paddle is managed through Paddle.

A Google Play subscription is not a Paddle subscription.

A Paddle subscription is not a Google Play subscription.

Premium access may be recognised across supported Orralen applications when you use the same Orralen account, but the underlying paid subscription remains associated with the payment provider through which it was purchased.

Premium access

Premium is associated with your Orralen account after the applicable subscription status has been verified.

Completing a payment screen by itself does not permanently grant Premium.

The Orralen backend verifies the applicable subscription or entitlement state before maintaining Premium access on the account.

Where supported, a valid Premium entitlement may therefore be recognised across supported Orralen applications using the same Orralen account.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid Premium subscription at any time through the payment provider used for the purchase.

Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal.

Unless applicable law or the payment provider provides otherwise, you normally retain Premium access until the end of the current paid billing period.

Uninstalling Orralen does not cancel a subscription.

Deleting or requesting deletion of your Orralen account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Paddle subscription.

If you want to prevent future charges, you should cancel the external subscription separately through the applicable payment provider.

Refunds

Orralen does not provide a general voluntary 30-day refund guarantee.

Completed payments are generally non-refundable except where:

• a refund is required by applicable law;
• the payment provider's applicable rules provide a refund; or
• a refund is otherwise approved through the applicable refund process.

Google Play purchases are handled under the applicable Google Play refund process and rules.

Paddle transactions are handled under Paddle's applicable refund and buyer-support process.

Cancellation and refund are separate actions.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund an already completed payment.

Nothing in this pricing information limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.

Changes to pricing

Subscription prices or available plans may change in the future.

Where required, existing subscribers will receive the notice or consent process required by the applicable payment provider or applicable law before a price change affects their subscription.

The price shown by the applicable payment provider before purchase is the price that applies to that transaction.
