Platform Availability and Service Status

This page summarizes the current availability of Orralen - Language Voice Tutor ("Orralen").

Orralen is operated by ORRALEN TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

Windows desktop

Status: available

The Orralen Windows desktop application is currently available through direct download.

Windows is the current publicly available desktop platform.

The latest Windows installer can be obtained from the Orralen Download page.

The Windows application uses the same Orralen account and shared Premium status as other supported Orralen applications.

Android

Status: available through Google Play Internal testing, not yet publicly released

The Orralen Android application has been developed and is currently distributed through Google Play Internal testing.

It is not yet available as a normal public Google Play release.

Access to the current Google Play Internal testing version is limited to authorised testers.

The Android application appears on supported devices under the shorter display name:

The Android application uses the same Orralen account and shared backend service as the Windows application.

The current Android testing version includes Google Play Billing support for Premium subscriptions.

Google Play subscription purchasing has been tested through the controlled Google Play testing environment.

Public Android availability will be updated on this page when the application is released publicly through Google Play.

iOS

Status: not currently available

Orralen is not currently available for iPhone or iPad.

No public iOS release date is currently announced.

If an iOS version becomes available in the future, this page and other relevant public information will be updated.

Microsoft Store

Status: not currently available

The Orralen Windows application is not currently published through Microsoft Store.

The current Windows distribution method is direct download.

If Microsoft Store distribution becomes available in the future, this page and other relevant public information will be updated.

7-day Premium registration trial

Status: available

After successful registration of a new Orralen account, the account receives a 7-day Premium registration trial.

No payment method or purchase is required to start this trial.

The registration trial is provided directly by Orralen.

It is not:

• a Google Play free trial;
• a Google Play introductory offer;
• a Paddle free trial; or
• a paid subscription.

The registration trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

It does not automatically result in a charge when it ends.

When the trial expires, the account normally moves to the Free plan unless the user separately purchases Premium.

Free plan

Status: available

The Orralen Free plan includes 1 free lesson per day.

A Free lesson is counted only after:

1. a lesson session has started; and
2. the learner has sent at least 3 valid learner messages during that lesson session.

If these conditions are not reached, the lesson is not counted as the daily Free lesson.

After the daily Free lesson has been counted, the learner may continue that same lesson.

Another Free lesson cannot normally be started until the daily allowance resets.

Premium

Status: available through supported payment channels

Premium is Orralen's paid subscription tier.

The current reference price is:

Premium — €14.99 per month

The final price, currency, applicable taxes, and payment methods are displayed by the relevant payment provider before purchase.

Premium provides unlimited daily lessons under normal use, subject to reasonable technical, security, and anti-abuse limits.

Premium status is associated with the user's Orralen account and maintained by the Orralen backend.

Where supported, valid Premium access may be recognised across supported Orralen applications signed in with the same account.

Premium on Windows and web

Premium purchases offered through supported Orralen desktop or web checkout may be processed through Paddle.

Paddle and Google Play are separate payment channels.

A Paddle subscription remains managed through the applicable Paddle subscription process.

Premium on Android

Premium subscriptions purchased through the Orralen Android application use Google Play Billing.

The current Google Play subscription configuration is:

• Premium;
• monthly billing;
• automatic renewal until cancelled.

Orralen does not currently use:

• a Google Play free trial;
• a Google Play introductory offer; or
• an annual Google Play subscription plan.

The separate 7-day Premium registration trial is provided by Orralen and is not part of Google Play Billing.

Google Play purchasing is currently available only within the applicable Android testing distribution.

It will become available to public Android users only after the Orralen Android application is publicly released through Google Play.

Shared Orralen account

Windows and Android use the same Orralen account system.

Account information such as:

• Free status;
• Premium registration trial status;
• Premium status;
• learning settings;
• lesson history;
• progress; and
• achievements

may be available across supported applications when the same Orralen account is used.

Premium is determined by the Orralen backend rather than being granted permanently by an individual application.

Production service

Orralen uses its production backend service for normal supported account and learning operations.

The shared service provides functions including:

• account access;
• lessons;
• AI tutor interactions;
• voice and transcription features;
• learning history;
• progress;
• Premium status; and
• subscription verification where applicable.

Temporary service interruptions may occasionally affect sign-in, lessons, voice features, subscription status, or other online features.
